Superflex Internal Accounting Integration · Superflex Ltd. · Effective September 14, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Superflex Internal Accounting Integration (the “Application”), an internal software tool developed and operated by Superflex Ltd. (“Superflex”, “we”, “us”).

1. Internal use only

The Application is a private, internal tool. It is used solely by Superflex Ltd. and its authorized personnel to record accounting transactions (such as vendor bills, vendor credits, and their supporting documents) in QuickBooks Online companies owned and controlled by Superflex Ltd. and its affiliated entities. The Application is not offered, sold, licensed, or made available to the public or to any third party.

2. License

Superflex Ltd. grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for the internal business purposes described above. No other rights are granted.

3. Restrictions

Users may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or make the Application available to anyone outside Superflex Ltd., and may not use it to access any QuickBooks Online company other than those owned or controlled by Superflex Ltd. and its affiliated entities.

4. QuickBooks Online and Intuit

The Application connects to QuickBooks Online through the Intuit Developer platform using OAuth 2.0. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s own terms of service. Superflex Ltd. is solely responsible for the Application; Intuit Inc. does not develop, operate, endorse, or support it.

5. Data

Handling of data by the Application is described in our Privacy Policy. All accounting data accessed through the Application belongs to Superflex Ltd. and its affiliated entities.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Application is provided “as is” for internal use, without warranty of any kind. Because the Application is used only by Superflex Ltd. on its own books, no liability is accepted toward any third party arising from its use.

7. Termination

Superflex Ltd. may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. Access to any QuickBooks Online company can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the Application from within QuickBooks Online or the Intuit Developer portal.
