Returns and Return Material Authorization (RMA)
Before you ship anything back
Every return needs a Return Material Authorization number from Superflex. Goods received without an RMA number on the outside of the carton may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense. To request an RMA, email sales@superflex.com with the invoice number, the part numbers and quantities, and the reason for return; our sales team will come back to you with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
What can be returned
All returns are subject to Superflex approval. The categories below are what we will normally consider; issuing an RMA remains at Superflex’s discretion.
- Standard catalog items in new, unused, resalable condition, in their original packaging and quantities, requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Items shipped in error by Superflex, or that do not match the order acknowledgment — no restocking charge, and Superflex covers return freight.
- Items believed to be defective — handled under the Limited Warranty; please include a short description of the failure and, where possible, photos.
What cannot be returned
- Custom lengths, custom colours, printed or private-label hose and conduit, and any item made or cut to order.
- Items that have been installed, cut, modified or exposed to chemicals or weather.
- Opened inner packs or broken carton quantities where the item is sold by the carton.
- Discontinued items and items purchased more than 30 days before the return request.
Restocking charge and credit
Returns for reasons other than a Superflex error or a warranty claim are subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the invoiced value, and return freight is the buyer’s responsibility. Credit is issued to the original account or card after the goods have been received and inspected in Elizabeth, NJ. Credit is not given for goods damaged in return transit; please pack returns securely and insure the shipment.
Shipping a return
Mark the RMA number clearly on each carton and on the packing list, and ship to: Superflex Ltd., Returns — RMA #______, 400 S 2nd Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07206. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from issue.
