Frequently asked about Request Custom Product
What is the minimum order for a custom hose?
It depends on the size and compound. Tell us the volume you expect and we will quote the practical minimum.
Can you match a colour or print our name on the hose?
Yes. We can match a colour from a reference number, and we can print your copy on hose up to 2" diameter. Print runs as a continuous line along the axis of the hose; we cannot lay copy across it, and on larger diameters printing is impractical. Send us the copy and we will show you how it looks on your size before you commit to a run.
How long does development take?
Simple size or colour changes on an existing profile are fast; new profiles need tooling and samples. We will give you a timeline with the quote.
