Rollerflex water suction and discharge hose moves water, light slurries and wash-down on construction sites, farms, pools and dewatering jobs. Spiral-reinforced PVC with a rigid helix keeps the hose round under vacuum and flexible in the cold, while the smooth bore keeps friction losses low. Clear (1000 CL), green (1000 GR), heavy-wall discharge (DH) and low-temperature (TX) series cover most pump connections.
Made in Elizabeth, NJ in 3/4" through 4" I.D. in 100-foot standard lengths, with cut lengths and custom colours available. 4" I.D. is the largest size in standard construction; larger sizes are quoted on request. Working pressure and vacuum ratings per size are listed on each family page.

Frequently asked about Water Suction & Discharge
What is the difference between suction hose and discharge hose?
Suction hose has a rigid helix so it will not collapse under the pump's vacuum; discharge hose only needs to hold pressure and can be lighter. Rollerflex suction series handle both duties.
What sizes are available?
3/4" to 4" I.D. in the standard series, in 100-foot lengths; other lengths are cut to order. 4" is the largest size we run in standard construction — larger sizes are quoted on request.
What fittings do I use?
Barbed or king-nipple fittings with band clamps, or camlock adapters on the larger sizes. Match the fitting to the hose I.D.
