Rollerflex food, beverage and dairy hose is made with FDA-compliant PVC compounds for transferring milk, juice, beer, wine, potable water and dry foodstuffs. The 4000 series is a clear, smooth-bore suction and transfer hose; the 9000 series adds a heavier wall; the 9000 SW version carries a static wire for dry-product conveying.

Is the hose FDA compliant?
The compounds used in our food and beverage hose series are FDA formulated, and we supply a signed company letter on the resin formulation on request. That letter speaks to the compound, not to approval of the finished hose for a particular application; we do not hold third-party FDA test reports, and suitability for your specific use remains your determination. These hoses are not recommended for medical use.
Can it handle hot CIP cleaning?
The hose tolerates typical warm CIP cycles; consult the temperature rating on the family page and avoid live steam.
Why a static wire version?
Dry powders and granules generate static as they flow; the 9000 SW's embedded wire, bonded at both fittings, dissipates the charge.
